LOOKING FORWARD TO RUSSIA
Dear All,
Sorry it has been such a long time since I last updated my page. However, I am happy to share with you now, what I have been up to over the last period.
For a while now, I have had problems with my knee. Currently, I am receiving treatment to better my knee. I truly hope to be back soon fit for fight, but there is a big chance that the European Championship will come too soon, and I will not be ready for it.
As you might know I have entered an agreement with the Russian club - UMMC. They have put together a great team, and I hope I can help the club and the supporters to a great result this season in Champions League.
We started the season in great form with a 3-0 a way win against Fulda Maberzell. I won my match against Jan-Ove Waldner 3-1. I was especially pleased with my serve, even though I am still missing some of my ability due to my knee problem. But it is always great to start with a win!
Thank you!
Comments:
Peter Starz. I'm actually setting up a table tennis tournument here at Biskops-Arnö, Sweden, for the school here. I actually also sometimes have some trouble to control my agressions, but just as you, im working on it :). I also saw that i use the same rubber sheets as you, (or atleast butterfly's website said that you do(did), Bryce Speed,I think they're great, and I also use a Butterfly Arylate-Carbon blade, just as your "Maze Off". So how was it playing against J-O, was the old man hard to beat (hehe)? :) Anyways, I'll watch every second of the next olympics hopefully and i hope you do well, GOOD LUCK MICHAEL,
GO FOR THE WIN! :D
