Injured, but working hard on my return

Hi everyone,

Although, my knee injury has caused me to take a long break for up to 5 months, I am doing my best to recover. I am actively in the process of rehabilitation and I am trying my best to keep spirits high. I was very disappointed that I was not able to defend my title in the European Championship. Furthermore, I am gutted that I cannot help my new club UMMC in the Champions League, but I hope to be back strongly in 2011.

I have recently been on a trip to Russia with my manager to visit my new club UMMC. I am very happy to be a part of the club. Everyone around the team are very professional and dedicated to make UMMC the best team in Europe. I am hoping that I will soon be back in action and contribute with my experience. I am very pleased with the support I have received from UMMC in regards to my injury in specific. After a difficult start to Champions League I cross my fingers that we can qualify from the Group Stage.

CODEX JEANS COLLECTION
On another more positive note, I have become the campaign model for the jeans brand Codex. I am very honored to be a part of Codex’s men’s collection. Even though, it is hard not to be playing at the moment, I am still keeping myself busy and being productive. The jeans are great and I am very excited about this collaboration.

Hello Michael,

Are you allowed by ETTU to play with your club UMMC in quarter final of champions league even if you was injured and played only one match.
