Great Win
What a week for my club UMMC. At the Champions League we desperately needed a win at home against Charleroi. Chen, Shibaev and Vlasov played very convincing and won an impressive 3-0 in matches. Our destiny in the Champions League were now in the hands of Fulda, as we needed them to beat Levallois for us to advance to the quarter finals. Behind 2-1, Fulda, and especially my good friend Jan Ove Waldner, showed great spirit, and won a thrilling final match. Many thanks to Fulda and Waldner for a great final display. :-)
As for my self i am still working hard on my return. I train and work out twice a day, and things are going according to plan. I expect to be back at the tables in the beginning of 2011.
It is very frustrating and hard not to be able to play, but i want to thank all of you for your support. I look forward to see you all soon in the big tournaments.

Hey Michael!Nice to have you up here again on your official site!
I`m since the fantastic World Cup 2005 a great fan of your (6 years!!) from Germany and follow all your results in the international table tennis scene (Pro Tours, EM, ECL, WC, Tournament Of Champions, VW Cup ... ) !
Just great how you won the European Championship 2009 in Stuttgart and finally entered the TOP 15 in the World Ranking as first danish player!
Too bad that you have always to do with injuries.
Back problems, then your achilles sene (December 2009), the hip (May 2010) and now the serious knee surgery (since August 2010).
What`s your aims for 2011?
Are you fit enough to play the European Top 12 in Belgium (February 2011)?
Do you take part in the games with UMMC (January / March 2011) against Borussia Düsseldorf or in the Pro Tours Events in February (German Open for example...)?
According www.sporten.dk you are planning only for the Euro Asia Challenge in Beijing in March 2011 ...
I hope we do not have to wait too long to see you back in the table tennis circus, I miss you in the table tennis scene!

Hello Michael,I was looking for information on your back when I found this website. I recently had the chance to see your fantastic video about table tennis. I loved it! Do not know how I would like to make these incredible serves.
I'm sorry you're injured. In May I´m going to travel to Rotterdam with my girlfriend for the World Championship and was hoping to get your autograph. I will always remember your match with Hao Shuai, is a great source of inspiration. Get well soon, I'm tired of not being able to watch you play.

Hi Mike,i never knew ur were injured. i,m just going thru ur hopegae and enjoying my eyes then i got to know that ur were injured. i hope u av recovered now and will play in the impending VW tourney in China. U are such an inspiration to the game of TT. May God bless u in ur endeavours.
